My partner decided to quit smoking weed, hes 24, been smoking for many years spending atleast £40 a week. How can I help him throught the physical and mental side of things. His sleep is being affected after 3 days cold turkey. I want to help him.

    hi . cold turkey is hard , i wish him the best of luck. lavender under his pillow will help him sleep . or lavender in a pouch ,,, just squish it and give it a few sniffs when he is "edgy ". that will calm the nerves .if all fails , there is actually a herb called mullein . you can roll it as a cigarette in tubes . mullein actually heals the lungs , and will reverse the damage done to his lungs over the years . it also can treat asthma , by smoking it , or inhaling the smoke (burned in a dish. (smudge). i know it's hard to wrap your head around that smoking something can heal your lungs , and is good for you .
    but it's true .it has major healing properties ,, and the most direct route is the same way the irritant got in . the natives used it for years because of their smoke filled enviroments . mullein has relaxing properties , like a cig. but there are no irritants , or tar / toxic contants . and it takes care of the mechanical aspect of quitting (using your hands).
    he will not feel like smoking so much , and it will decrease daily . untill there is no point to rolling them anymore and not worth the time to roll 1 or 2 a day , and will most likely quit all together . the 3 people i told about this that are trying it . one has quit the other has one mullein smoke a day . , and my better half went from a pack of cigs, to 4 mulleins in a day .. beleive it or not you can buy mullein at a natural health supply store etc... tell them it's for smoking .. ps ... see for yourself .. google mullein smoke ... good luck. ;-)

    i dont know what to do.. i been smoking manga for more then a year straight non stop talking about 2 to 3 blunts a day.. it has come to the point where i wish i can stop smoking. It has stop me from getting things done, and making me forget about things all the time... my problem is that i live with my boyfriend too n he also cant stop.. we both smoke togther n enjoy it... we going crazy not knowing what to do anymore... we try holding all morning without doing it but then we cant eat n feel annoyed like if we were going crazy.. also when the night comes we cant sleep so eventually we have to light up again... morning (9am)to be able to eat, afternoon to be chilled (5pm) n then like at 10pm finally to sleep.... plz can someone tell me what i can do or what can help me quit smoking???
