Yes, when I was in High School I had a HORRENDOUS computer teacher and I experienced my all-time low percentage in a class ever: 21%. I SWEAR, I usually am a GOOD student. Trust me, she was an EVIL teacher and WANTED me and every other kid in her class to fail.

Nope I personally never have, but it isn't uncommon for people to fail nowadays. To many fall back on summer school, night classes and alternative schooling.
