A sentence depends on several factors, like where you live (what state) how many priors you have, how much of a hard-ass the DA and judge are. Generally, non-violent offenses, drug possession, contempt of court, fraud, violation of probation, almost too many to list.
Here's the 2008 newspaper report of one idiotic perv (don't know what else to call him) who got six months for having sex with a picnic table. Repeatedly. He even brought the table indoors.
