No offense, but I believe that if you can't afford vet bills, you probably shouldn't be buying a pet, it's irresponsible. Why would you buy an animal if you knew you couldn't look after it properly?! I certainly wouldn't, it's irresponsible and unfair to the animal. If your income is low, to the extent that you cannot give your pet the medical treatment it may require, DON'T BUY A PET.
Our dog was on the lead the spring didnt close which we didnt know until our dog was fighting a dog.Now they want to evict us is it legal?

Neighbor believed to have stolen our cat. She has done it before to others, she says no. Can we call the cops to have them check into this?

ok good answer,But with all the pets that need homes.which are millions.what im trying to say is .the humaine society ,TV all kinds of organizations want people to adopt.i respect your answer.But vet bills are outragous.If you can love and feed and take care of this pet. but cant afford a 800 vet bill. then you dont think a low income card would be right for the people.who cant afford high cost bills.i thank you for your answer and input on this question.
