Buy an American built car.
Remove the brake caliper and caliper mounting brackets along with anything in the direct path of the rotor. There may or may not be some screws holding it in where the lugs are. If there are then spray some PB Blaster on them and let it sit for a few minutes before trying to take them off. If you live in a rust prone area or your rotors are very rusty then they won't come off easily. Tap all around the outside of the rotor with a metal hammer while trying not to strike the contact surface if you plan on reusing it. The vibrations should help to loosen the rotor. With a large rubber or plastic mallet strike the rotor so that it comes off. Make sure to clean up all the rust on the hub so that the new rotor will slide on easily. Before installing the new rotor spray it with some brake parts cleaner to remove the film of oil on it. Reinstall the rotor and everything else you took off. Be sure to tighten the lug nuts at the recommended torque.
Good luck.
