Yes, but not as much as I would like. I do walk short distances and other mild exercises every day, as I am still healing from a back injury. I also resumed physical therapy twice a week, where I use the treadmill, bike, and various stretching and light-weight training equipment. I'll be doing more and more, as I get stronger! :-)

Yep. I replace public transport/driving with riding a pushbike to work. I go for a run at lunch instead of a pub. I go surfing on a saturday morning instead of sleeping in. I go to gym instead of watching telly. I collect running and cycling race results instead of stamps...

Yes, I make time, the thing is once you do it, you know it was time well spent. So make an appointment in your diary, just like you do for everything else...and stick to it....it really is quality time - investing in yourself

It's actually part of my lifestyle. I bike to work and to my doctor appointments, walk to the grocery store and anywhere else I need to go to. Every now and then, I would go on a very long bike ride on my day off.

I find time, but not enough. I practice and teach European Late Medieval and Renaissance swordsmanship, which requires a reasonable level of fitness. While I never train swords as much as I'd like, I train whenever possible, and walk from the train to work every morning which takes about a half hour. I'm still refining my schedule.

I try to squeeze a little in when I can, ill do push ups when im waiting for something to cook or try to get up and stretch while i watch tv then after the show i want to see is over i go lift weights and im a little warmed up. Its really hard to fit in but well worth it.
