No, that doesn't sound normal. If your drive has only 24 GB, there's something wrong with the way the 122 GB partition is formatted, or it's somehow corrupted.
Whenever I connect my external hard drive then open it, It stops responding. Why?

You're reading I checked out how much space I'm using on my computer, and apparently I have 122GB stored for Healthy Partition and another 3GB for another Healthy Partition, is this normal? I only have 24GB on my local C:

If you have stuff on the 122 GB partition, back it up first, then re-format the partition -- assuming it isn't your main (C:) partition.
