can be anything from something IE didn't load right to a browser not loading right, say IE 8 versus IE 7, or file that never loaded and is stuck in the registry some where.
This is a code that covers many areas, many times cleaning your system good of cookies, history etc and running a registry repair program will clean this issue up.
If you would a nice free one let me know.
My Laptop hard drive is working more often recently even when the computer isn't doing anything.The disc is only half full. What's it doing?
