Help answer this question below.
I write with my left hand, but in all other cases use my right hand.
Just prior to my enrollment in elementary school, in 1944, teachers disciplined left-handed students, forcing them to write right-handed. Often the discipline was harsh...cracking kids' knuckles with a ruler, for example. Fortunately, that policy was changed and I experienced no such pressures. I can recall no other family member who wrote left-handed and thus do not know of its cause.
I have never written "back-handed", as so many lefties do, and I am told that my handwriting is quite beautiful. I take great pride in my penmanship.
ME!
I am a south paw!
I'm a lefty, also.
Jesus was sitting on God's right hand so he used his left hand to make me. Therefore I am!
I'm right handed, but I occasionally use my left hand for the right hand rule...
I here is left handed.
Does left footed count?
I am a lefty and they say leftys are very intelligent.
This would be a great question to be answered in a poll, that would give you a better idea then one or two answers.do not forget to also give the option of ambidextrous!
I am anti-ambidextrious...can't do much with either hand
When swinging a bat, golf club, etc., I'm left handed. But righty doing everything else. Do I get 50% credit?
only thing I do right handed is write,, the nuns made me use my right hand back then to write and I have poor penmanship because of that.
depends on what side im laying on
I can only write right handed. I eat with fork in either right or left hand with ease however, and usually keep fork in my left hand.
Right handed.

LUCKY LEFTY!
I'm ambidextrous... I do some things better with my right hand than my left, and vice versa but I can do most everything with either hand.
Right-Handed but I can write with my left a little.
I use my left foot.

You're reading Are you a left-handed or a right-handed?
- which can also be phrased in the following ways:

Yes, I remember being forced to "back-hand" in the 1970's in gradeschool - it never made any sense to me to twist my wrist until it hurt, it made more sense to just turn the paper. So my teacher always failed me or gave me low scores because I would't "back-hand" but I didn't care.
Today I have very nice block style handwriting and true to form, I don't back hand either; I wouldn't call it beautiful, maybe pretty- but it is most definately nice to look at and easy to read. Great answer!
