11pm-12pm
About 1am, but because I work late shifts, I don't normally get up until 9am in the morning. So it's still a good 8 hours.
I always get at least 2 hours of sleep, but rarely more than 4. Last night for example, i hit the hay at about 2:30am, woke up at 6:00am. That's about normal for me.
I am in bed by Ten or Eleven an up at 5:30 Am.
Right now around midnight. My sleep schedule changes frequently.
On school days, I have to go to bed probably around 10pm, but dont fall asleep until 12am - 1am
anywhere from 9:00 to midnight,up at 5:30-6:00 every day.
About 10:30 pm. +4
Normally between 0100-0200hrs.... unless I'm having difficulty sleeping.
10 P.M.
12 or 1 am and i end up falling asleep during school

usually its between 11 and 1... I should go to bed sooner, but I'm a night owl lol
I usually stay up till 12:00pm, i could stay up alittle later but my g/f gets really cranky if i stay up much later then that.
I go to bed around 3:00 AM.
normally go to bed at 11.30ish and fall to sleep at like 12/12.30
10:00pm
10 pm
11.30pm on average. Would like to get more sleep but always have too much to do!
4am :(
I normally go to sleep at 11:30 and I know I need to get more sleep because I get up at 5:30 every morning. Staying on AB is not helping much either.
