How can i backup/copy all files and folders on a vista machine for use by a windows xp or vista machine? (ownership of my job is changing and the outgoing ex-owner wants his files packed up to take with him, i don't know what he'll use v or xp over there

don't want/need the OS or installed programs, just .doc's .exe's, folders, etc
every search produces xp to vista never vista to xp
