What is a condition called where you don't want to be around other people (I guess you could call it a fear sociophobia) but it's more so an extreme not wanting to be around others.

I think it's angorphobia I believe that it's the aversion to open spaces, though it could also mean lots of people. Arophobia is heights.

Icy has it right that is the term. Some people in the Autistic spectrum have very poor Social skills despite that they are highly intelligent. They can not tolerate noisy places.
