After you've removed it from the trash bin, it's much more difficult to recover it. The OS generally intends that you not be able to, but there are some tools that, under some circumstances can retrieve your lost file. The tools won't always work right, and it's possible that part or most of the file will be damaged after recovery.
I did a google on

You're reading IF something is in your trash bin.... and you cut it out so you can add it to another file and it vanishes....where would you find it?
