How can I battle loss of my sexual appetite? For about 6 months my need to have sex has almost totally gone away. My wife has been really mean to me latley and I dont think she cares how I feel, but I dont want to lose my sex drive because of that.

start eating better, do more cardio to increase your endorphins, see a doctor
