With the price of fuel, what it is today, I think you should confine your job-hunting research to the bigger companies: J.B. Hunt, Schneider, Swift, C.R. England, F.F.E., Prime, etc.
I have only driven for one of these companies, so I'll talk about it. F.F.E. hire teams, is a well established company and if you are willing to MOVE ... you'll have a load.
