I received a ticket for Expired State Registration. If I still drive, can any further action be taken against me while I'm in the process of fixing my car to pass inspection & get registerd if I get pulled over again?

If you are stopped a second time, your vehicle will most likely be towed in and a citation issued to you, again.

Most laws in most states, require a vehicle to be fully and legally registered, before its driven on the public highways or streets.
