the reason for me to stop masterbating is because even if I do it once a week or so it makes sex last way to long and it eventually just hurts for her and yes we talk about everything and why 140 days just curious

Ok now on to your question. My husband is a part of group. This we come together once a moth an we talk about sex, oral masturaurbation etc. We do a 100 days of sexual activies and try to do at least seven times a day. That incljde what we do sexual like masutrbation, oral , sex. Then we do 100 of asbstience the only thing we are do is kiss. the rest of the times we can do sexual things as normal. But my myhusband and I give extra time . We do extra 40 days for the Season of Lent and devote seven days out of each month we dont do any thing sexual. The purpose is to bring couples closer together and learn to apprieciate what you have.It also design to control urges. We have been a part of the group for five years. It was hard at first but afterthe first year but it has got easier and we have gotten closser and trully appreicate each other.
