I've been thinking about it. I would get her Chinese name though. That way it's a little more ambiguous. I think that if I had her English name, I'd get questions like, oh, is that your wife's name?

It is one of the least-foolish tattoos I can imagine. husbands and lovers may leave or die, but your children are yours forever (unless you do the disowning thing).

No, personally I think it's rather cheap & trashy..... my brother on the other hand thinks it's cool & has both his kids names tatood about his person.

I would have to get FIVE of them, and if I included my grandchilren, TEN more! I love them all, but putting all of those names permanently on my skin doesn't really appeal to me. : )

Nope, I have one tattoo the words "soul searcher" in ancient hebrew. My daughters name is on a ring with her birth date that I wear and her name was tattooed on my heart the day she was born.
