Help answer this question below.

My 1990 chevy pickup is blowing white smoke out the tail pipe there is no water in the oil but there is a little comming out the tail pipe it does not overheat.

    That is normal, it is condensation and caused mostly by the humidity in the air. Much like the water on the outside of a cold cup of soda, the tailpipe is heating it up to become steam.
    No problems, don't worry.
