Of course it's a total scam (duh!). It doesn't do anything. The same for every single snake oil patent "medicine" and non-prescription sex-related product on the market. Why people fall for these obvious scams is beyond me. I guess some people are so desperate they'll grasp any any straw in sight. Why the government doesn't clamp down on snake oil hucksters bewilders me even more. In the old day, they were tarred, feathered and driven out of town on a rail. A policy I heartily endorse.
