Never been there. When I'm angry I don't cry/rant/rave..when I'm hurt I just get very quiet. The saddest I've ever been was when my dad died and I didn't rant or rave although to be honest with you (and I am not proud of this) I was very angry at all those families who had their fathers. Why? I have no idea. Fortunately that anger left and I felt ashamed of it.
