Help answer this question below.

When I clean a public restroom I will have this same handicapped person demand to use the bathroom, and I let them. But then she complains to my management that we can not close the restroom during business hours. Is she correct? What can I do?

    Stores do not even have to offer public restrooms in some states. You can't do a thing. It's the management's fault, unless they are blaming you for this. Why do you have 2 other questions phrased differently but exactly the same?
