Does anyone know how i can find a web designer who will help design me a site for Free i.e i dont have to pay him/her?

Find your local college and seek out a web design student that needs to create one for a grade.

Might not be the best in the universe but it'll get the job done free or next to nothing.

- i got an answer on my profile and i just knew it would be you - go on msn now ill send you my plans - its about healthy living - kinda naff that why i need someones help to either do it or point out what i need to change or do!
