That might be tough to find. The only way to know for sure is to ask, but by asking, you open yourself up to the possibility that they might decline simply based on suspicion. If you're going to just come right out and ask, I would do it by phone. Or, just go from bank to bank trying to open an account until one of them let's you. Tedious process but you'll get your answer.
