Help answer this question below.

TV is a mitsubishi 1993 console. Dropped remote, then pressed a bunch of keys when caught. Now screen has large black square taking most of screen up. When you change channels you see a full picture and then back to square. Please advise all ways to fix.

It sounds like a closed captioning setting. Make sure all closed caption options are set to off (via a button on the remote or the TV's menu).
