Does back and neck surgery truly help? or will you always continue to have pain and problems with them still?
i have 2-3 neck discs out and spinal stenosis, that is now making my legs weak.

    It does help, but also depends on the severity of the pain and the depth of the surgery. If you are currently feeling discomfort or pain, I would advise you to consult your physician immediately. Since you've had 3 discs removed, the physician would most definitely have to examine the graft of bone, plate, and screws that were implanted. Your conditions will require rest, treatment and the necessities to help you get better. Overall a good diet is the very important source on how we heal and treat our body. My very best to your recovery.
