By drinking pleanty of water and washing my face daily, including taking off my makeup every night before going to bed.

Edit- I also use moisturizing lotion after every bath and sometimes Vitamin E Baby oil or Vitamin E lotion because V-E is wonderful for your skin.

I wish there was a miracle pill to take and we would all have gorgeous skin. I think the key is to drink lots of water, stay out of the sun and use plenty of moisturizer. Eating a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables is also helpful. Oh and also, don't smoke!

I use St. Ives apricot scrub for blemishes and I mix it with the other apricot scrub for younger, healthy skin. I think the second one has Alpha Hydroxy in it. I also use the St. Ives Alpha Hydroxy facial peel mask thing. It smells like apples. Now that I think about it...I could be a spoksperson for them. LOL I use it everyday. I use a SPF of 15, Oil of Olay total effects lotion too.

I find that washing my face twice a day and using a good light moisturizer with sunscreen goes a long way to maintaining good skin. Wash once a day with an antibacterial cleanser to avoid pimples, and again before bed using something more mild- a cold cream like Noxzema.

If you wear make up, take it off before bed.

Don't smoke... it ages your skin.

Drink plenty of water... it's great for your skin and your overall health.

Try Oil of Olay or some similar daily moisturizer that has SPF 15 in it. I am a guy and I will admit I use this every day. People compliment me on my skin so I don't care if it is supposedly made for girls.

Smile, don't frown. It is supposed to cause wrinkles if you frown alot. Plus, anyone looks better smiling.

Don't smoke. Use Shea butter. It's like beeswax. You warm it up in your hand and rub it on your skin. It works like a charm. It really helps with aging as well. Always put oil on your face also. I know it feels weird, but when you get zits, it's because your face is too dry and your body is over compensating with oil. So, oil-free moisteriser is NOT the way to go.

  • Mainly I keep out of the sun (I don't like it very much) and I wash my face every evening with a facial wash thing... and as people have mentioned, drinking water helps.

There's this thing you can do, once in a while -- boil some water, you can add something to it like cedar oil or the like, then cover your head with a towel and put your face into the steam for five minutes. It feels awesome afterwards...

I wash my face with Dove soap morning and bedtime, use an oatmeal lotion to moisturize. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
