I am not so sure that you can short of actually getting a job in the industry. The public library has many books on being a repo agent, however there are so many tricks of the trade that dont get printed in books, actually being in the industry is about the best place to get the info that you need.

You can read want to start a repo company and also want to be a repo agent over at www.procra.com. Both are very informative answers and will open your eyes to what you need to do to get ready. Hope this helps, RC
