  • Neither. It's better to be assertive. That is. Assertive enough to be passive when appropriate. And assertive enough to be aggresive when appropriate. Or simply, assertive enough to be assertive when appropriate.
  • I think it is always best to be yourself, warts and all. "Passive" and "passive aggressive" are human constructs and mean nothing or mean everything....it all depends on you. Refuse to label yourself or allow yourself to be labeled as anything by anyone. Being called "passive agressive" is always an insult tossed about by people who don't like you. Ignore them. They don't have a clue who you are. Happy Monday! :)
  • Well, rather than let someone walk all over you, I suppose it's better to at least mutter something sarcastic in response to being walked over.
  • Passive-aggressive is only good to use on those who can think about what you may be doing in a stressful situation.Have to know who you are dealing with.
