get a piece of software called pc wizard. It'll scan your compy and give you the manufacturers and details of all the parts in your system, then just set to going to the sites.
However, if it's a retail machine i.e. Dell, HP, Emachines etc. then going to their site and selecting the tech support or support and drivers link and entering your serial or asset tag number (usually a small sticker on your PC somewhere) will give you the exact driver you need along with their updates.
Have you tried the manufacturer's website?

You're reading Ok i reformatted my pc and now i have no sound and i have a soyo kt400 dragon motherboard so where can i go to download the right driver for my sound please help
