No, and I don't shop at places that don't accept my $2s and gold dollar coins. Sounds picky, but I find places that will accept such things to be to my liking anyways.

No. Has this happened to you?

No. its still legal tender, when you can find it.

No, but I don't really use them that much.

No, never refused one. In fact if I see one being passed to a customer in front of me, I ask for it. I collect money of all kinds. Old and new or from other countries! I live in the USA but in change the other day at the grocery store I got a coin from France. Small like a dime. ??????? Crazy hu? . +5

I tried to give a woman one as change once and she looked at me like I was crazy. She insisted it was a worthless bill and demanded 2 singles. I still have that (among others) to this day. I started keeping them after that and must have $50 in 2's by now :D

I don't use dollars, but when I was down in London (as i answered in your flying question) there was a bit of a panic when a few of us realised that we had a lot of Scottish money with us, which isn't legal tender and can sometimes be refused. Luckily we didn't have any problems.

I save them if I have them. I think I actually only have two but I think they look really cool. So, I've never tried to even use them! :) +5
