I am really sorry for your plight. Look to the yellow pages for help. Look for or ask for "pro-bono" work (free for doing the right thing).
Other than appeals, how does the Judicial branch of the US government check itself, if at all, anymore?

If plea bargaining resolves most cases then when does "beyond a reasonable doubt" ever get a voice/chance/test? How is that reasonable?
