Try updating your video drivers
I had to scoll down just to read that lol
Right, stretch your fingers. I'm assuming you've XP
download startup.cpl and stop any programs you don't need from loading up at startup.
After this you're going to go to control panel, system, advanced, performance setting and select "adjust for best performance" and OK
Next select the Advanced tab and ensure both boxes are selected at programs. Hit the change buttin and click on the system managed size box and hit OK, OK, and OK. Then restart the compy.
This should cut down your RAM usuage by about 30% and if it's still slow then you can do some further tweaking by asking me or by going to crucial.com and buying some more RAM
Do what I will be doing. Purchase a brand-new computer.

Is there a way to 100% absolutely delete files from the computer? Not just clearing the recycle bin.

You're reading When I scroll on pages, the text "smears" and everything freezes up. Computer is lagging on loading pages. I have ran spyware/maleware/anti-virus/defragged/disk clean-up/restarted. Any other ideas?
