	Okay so ever since I popped a black head (Stupid me!!) I have had this red smooth dot. I have had this for a pretty long time now. Now its irritating me. My family thinks its a zit! It's not uncommon to have acne scars from popping zits. Usually they go away in 6 months to a year. If you still have it after that, you could try a microdermabrasion kit. I believe Olay makes one.

Doing OK. Got one or two DR's for no good reason, bt other than that I am fine. It's a beautiful day out there, and I am thinking I might go read under a tree for a while. :)

I did this but it was a white head and i found out it was not a white head it was calcium spot and i got a red dot for about a year scarred on my face now :(
