I washed down the kitchen counters and scrubbed the sink with ajax last night!! My wife was busy doing other things yesterday so I decided to help out. I really don't mind doing house work. I am retired now and it helps keep me busy!

I honestly think they don't realize it needs to be done. I've had to point this out time and again. He can lay food down on it and then walk away leaving whatever residue from the food there is and it doesn't even occur to him that he should wipe it up. All I can think is, something's going to get laid on top of that and ruined.

I can and do all the time. If I didn't the counters here would grow some kind of moldy looking hair before my live in girlfriend did it. She can't seem to do anything in the kitchen or bathroom for that matter without making a mess and leaving it.
And yes, I have to rearrange the dishwasher also. :o)
