A "tag line" is a single sentence used to promote a movie. For example, the tag line for the science fiction movie "INDEPENDENCE DAY" was, "Don't make plans for August."

A "punch line" is a queue formed by thirsty people at a high school dance, in front of a bowl of some awful fruit juice concoction that has been spiked with Vodka.
