She should connect the laptop and the phone together, and if it's done correctly, there should be a notification on her laptop saying that it has detected an external device. Then she should copy the fiules from where she has stored them to the folder on her phone.[Follow the folders from My Computer] If it doesn't recognise the device, there may be something in the settings that has been changed but that is rare. It could depend on what format the music files are saved in [itworks with iTunes for me]. It also may depend on what the software is, because I do not need nay for mine. I don't need to sync, I just copy them on to my phone as if it is a USB stick. A good tell-tale sign is that the phone shows a message on screen showing thast phone and text messages have been disabled. Hop that Helps.
