Usually the pitchers if you are talking National League. If it is the American League, I would say the catchers.

It is the pitcher position..In AL that position does not even bat, ergo no HRs come from that position

In Major League Baseball the pitcher hits the fewest home runs.
In youth leagues the fielding position who hits the fewest home runs is usually second base.
In youth leagues the position in the batting order that hits the fewest home run is usually the number nine spot.
If a batter starts with 2 feet in the box but during his swing he pulls his foot out of the box and hits the ball. is the batter out?

A true answer. Both pitchers and catchers are not generally the best hitters, which is a little odd, really. You would think they would be. Even odder is that fielders are often tremendous hitters.

American League has Desingated hitters for the pitchers, so wouldn't they hit the fewest?

You are right scubaduba! I was thinking of people who actually hit. Pitchers in the AL only hit during interleague play or in the World Series.
