You're reading Martial arts experts. In ancient Japan who would have won in mortal combat out of the ninja class or the samaurai pound for pound?
Comments
Well I was wondering more in actual combat in feudal Japan. Samurai was professional soldiers and expert swordsmen, but the ninja class was more adapt at making use of anything as a weapon and using inconventional style that may have thrown the semurai for a loop. But out in the open without close quarters, stealth or darkness to aid them I wonder if they would have been as effective.
