How can you make good ecstasy (MDMA)

I don't know if it is as easy to look up how to make it as it used to be but I don't think it is since totsee went down. Like I said to your acid question if you don't have a decent background in chemistry and are quite smart don't even attempt this. All of these drugs you try to make you have to have a way to get the base compounds anyways. Most of them are restricted/illegal. X isn't as difficult as making acid but it still isn't easy like the backyard meth batches (and you see how impure lots of there shit is). Honestly if you have to come on here to ask how to make good such and such you shouldn't be making it, if you do try it out on yourself first at least to make sure it isn't poison. It isn't hard to mess up, and one mess up at certain points or using chemical you think is close to what you should use and you can make a deadly batch. Hell you can easily make poisonous gas the second you mix the wrong things together that will kill you

You can either isomerize safrole to isosafrole in a strongly basic solution and then oxidize isosafrole to MDP2P, or use the Wacker process to oxidize safrole into MDP2P with a catalyst such as palladium, then you reductively aminate into MDMA... among many other routes.

From MDP2P there are 6 standard chemical routes:
1. Sodium Cyanoborohydride
2. Aluminum Amalgam
3. Sodium Borohydride
4. Raney Nickel Catalysis
5. Leukart Reaction via N-formyl-MDA
6. Leukart Reaction via N-methyl-N-formyl-MDA

The Cyanoborohydride reaction is the most favored by clandestine chemists, as it produces good yeilds from relatively innocuous and readily-available chemicals or readily-synthesized precursors, as well as requiring little knowledge of chemistry and no specialized glassware. It's also quite easy to do.
