i find you get the best first aid kits at marine stores..the kind that youd find on a live aboard, generally has EVERYTHING.
Band-aids and disinfectant take care of most of the needs. Gauze and tape help for bigger scrapes. Tylenol and Rolaids are useful. Topical antibiotic ointment and something to soothe burn pain. What am I forgetting?
This is a real good question. I like some chinese medicines one is called tien chi another is called cross balm oil. Those included in with the usuall things.
