I have never exceeded the prescribed limits. It would vary according to the meds I take...usually it is no more than 8 in a 24-hour period...in the case of one of them it is no more than 2! I figure the people who make the stuff know better than I do what is safe and I would never substitute my conjecture for their knowledge! :)
