    Again make sure that you have the proper drivers installed on XP. This scanner is compatible with XP. Here is a link to the driver you will need to install: epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?oid=14551&prodoid=6464130&BV_UseBVCookie=yes&infoType=Downloads&platform=Windows It will need to connect to your PC using a USB cable. Make sure that your PC has a USB port available.
