You should be fine if you only forgot it once as your hormones shouldn't settle that fast... I find the best thing really, is the injection. I always forgot to take my pills. I have a twelve weekly reminder on my phone to book each appointment

I would forget to take a pill all the time and take it when I remembered. I had been on the pill for years and not one Oops! You should be fine.
