You need to find out who is investigating the case get in touch with them and give an account of what happened to you and your friend there be as detailed as possible, times, dates, the names of the people involved and how it affected you.

Can I refile a claim if at first I did not claim Workmans Comp and it happened on the job? My employer said to file with Workmans Comp.
