I'm doing a research paper on unethical business behaviors. Do you think cell phone carriers are unethical with unfair prices, regulations, overcharges, etc? Thanks for opinions.

Nope. Like most corporations it's the job of the government and it's watchdogs to keep an eye on their behaviours and ethics. If there is unfair practices, then the watchdog and government have failed to enforce the law and their duty.

Yes, horrible service from most... I would say 70 % are out for Money and don't care about customers ..I would say 30 % are good and that is sad people put good money out and you get nothing in return.
