The out come would certainly seem that way. Those twelve people decide based on the evidence presented to them and how well the lawyer convinces them to believe or not believe it.
not really~i was on jury duty and most people can relate to the defendant~we look at his actions and actions speak louder then words
most of the time we did not discuss what the lawyers
said but how the defendant presented him or herself

I dont know If I was on a jury i will hear both sides and hear all the evidence and then make my decision.
A federal juror questionnaire or summons was mailed to my old address. I now live in another state/district. What should I do?

Some times yes.A trial consist of three parts really.Your opening statement,presentation of the evidence,and your closing argument.So in short you tell them what you are going to tell them,Tell them what you are telling them,Then,Tell them what you told them. Whom so ever tells the best tell wins.
