Old even though I like new. Blood Sugar Sex Magic was so different than anything else back in 1991. Edgier and funkier.

Old definately. I feel like they are getting a little soft in their old age.

I like them both, gotta say! I love the older, heavier music and I love the fact that they LIVED and can play such great music as Dani California! lol.

I like the new, but I love the old. They're more mellow than they used to be.

Old Chilis were much better. They were heavier, much more raw and had a funkier bass.

Blood Sugar Sex Magic and beyond. I can't really stand their old stuff, the newer stuff is so much more intelligent sounding and you can actually groove out to it.

I love all red hot chili peppers:)

my least favourite album is One hot minute...although i do absolutely love the song Tearjerker.

Ohterwise, i think that thier greeatest album is Stadium arcadium....Slow cheetah is the most beautiful song i have ever heard in my life!!!!! Its unbelievable that anyone could think up lyrics or riffs like the chilis do......but even though i think their newer albums have a lot of beauty in them e.g Venice queen, midnight, otherside....the list just goes on....Blood sugar sex magik is a sick album with all the right ingrediants for a proper funk masterpeice. This album has actually inspired 7 YEARS of funk drumming, and now i am going to bimm music college!! I owe everything to rhcp:)

Current Chili's are awesome, but I'll have to go with the 90's Chili's,whatever that classifies as. Under the Bridge,Give It Away,Scar Tissue,Californication,Zephyr...ahhh,great music.
