No one will buy out the contract.Sounds as if the company is doing the usual"F" the driver.If this is a legal binding contract and one parties breaks the terms the contract should be considered voided.Join OOIDA they have attorneys that will read the contract and advise you on what your rights are.

You're reading If someone signed a contract with a company and the company wasnt holding up their end of the deal. ( saying out on the road 10 days max) 3 weeks later still not home, does any one know if there are any companys out who will buy out contracts.?
