Since bible doesn't seem to clearly state much, do you think anybody can take out a passage and use to prove their point while someone else will take out another passage to prove the opposite?

Of course. That is why there is so much turmoil within Christendom. That is why, if the Bible really is the word of a 'God' (as opposed to the words of men and the subsequent alteration made by other men) then the God(s) of Christianity is certainly a God of Chaos.

Yes, if that person doesn't take the context of the verse into account.

(The following is an example of my point. It was not quoted to start fights with people).

Example 1) The Bible clearly says "There is no God" Psalm 53:1, which proves the Bible is Athiest in nature

Example 2) The full verse says "The fool says in his heart, "There is no God" ", which proves the Bible is not Athiest in nature.

In terms of what the Bible says, taking context into account and letting the Bible speak for itself, there are roughly two types of truths:

    1) Important core truths which are clearly stated. e.g Christ died to turn aside the anger of God so that the relationship between rebellious sinners and God could be restored. (Romans 324-25; 1 Peter 3:18)

    2) Side issues which are not clearly defined thus not as important, leaving the Christian conscience the freedom to decide for themselves what to do. (e.g What we eat, Romans 14:14)

It does happen all the time, I agree. The Bible is very clear, especially for those of us who have faith and study it, we clearly understand the meanings.

They could try, but things to consider: If it is used to represent self-interest and not to honor God, they're abusing His Word and will be held accountable.
    The devil knows scripture too.
The Bible intreprets the Bible. So if they're taking a Scripture out of context, search for yourself the Scriptures to see if it is true!! There are usually 2-3 witnesses in other places in the Bible with that topic.
